GARAGE SALE- is this Saturday 7/25/09, from 10 am to 3 pm.

You may sell out of your garage or carport for this event!  Make some money on items you have been wanting to unload and do not use.   If you have LARGE furniture items, contact us and we can let you use a part of the area we are reserving at the top of the hill to display them at.  

We can't wait to see you there!

Other Notes:

Pool hours are from 10 am to 10 pm-  Please abide by these hours and be respectful to your neighbors.  After 10 pm is during our quiet hours and our residents need their sleep, please be courteous.

Stop by for coffee or espresso!  We now have an espresso machine.  Just bring your ingredients and you may create your own latte or mocha!
