  • Other Pets Allowed: Meridian at Murrayhill is Your Pet Friendly Community Meridian at Murrayhill Apartments welcome your four-legged friends to our community. There is a 2 pet maximum per apartment home. There are breed restrictions. All mixed breeds must have certification from a licensed D.V.M. of the actual breed mix. Unfortunately, Meridian at Murrayhill does not accept any mix/mutt breeds containing any of the above listed breeds. Security deposit is increased by $250.00 per pet and is due prior to move in.

  • Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly community. We allow a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment with no weight limit. We require a $250 refundable pet deposit (per pet) and a monthly pet premium of $15 (per pet). Please see a Leasing Associate to learn more about breed restrictions.
